Sen. Stone Joins a Growing List of Endorsements

Riverside County, CA (March 02, 2022) – Today, Mayor Clint Lorimore announced he received the endorsement of State Senator Jeff Stone (ret.) in his campaign for California State Assembly in the 63rd District.

“I am honored to endorse my friend and colleague Clint Lorimore for the California State Assembly.” Said Sen. Stone. “Clint is a ‘true conservative’ that recognizes that the exorbitant taxes paid to the State belong to the people of California and not the liberal tax and spenders in Sacramento! He is a proven, strong advocate of public safety, fiscal prudence, and a staunch supporter of private property rights. He holds a master degree and is a successful small businessman that brings an entrepreneurial approach to running Government. Clint will bring some badly needed ‘common sense’ to Sacramento.”

A small business owner, Clint Lorimore was elected to the Eastvale City Council in 2014 and currently serves as Mayor. At City Hall, Lorimore has worked diligently to improve public safety, reduce homelessness, attract high-paying jobs, and fight for local control. Lorimore has a proven record of delivering results for his city and in 2021, Eastvale was ranked as the second safest city in Riverside County.

Clint Lorimore was raised in Riverside County where he graduated from local public schools. Clint earned his bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and went on to earn his master’s degree from Claremont Graduate University. Clint has been active in grassroots Republican organizations for over 20 years. He was elected to serve on the Riverside County Republican Party Central Committee in 2016 and he currently serves as Treasurer for the Riverside County Republican Party. Clint has been a proud homeowner in Riverside County since 2004.

The 63rd State Assembly District includes the cities of Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, and Norco, and portions of Corona, Eastvale, and Riverside. The Primary Election will be held on June 7, 2022.
