“I’m truly honored and humbled by the overwhelming support I’ve received on the campaign trail,” said Lorimore. “Local leaders are endorsing my campaign because I don’t just make promises – I keep them. In Eastvale, I pledged to improve public safety and we’ve increased our police budget, reduced crime, and drastically reduced homelessness. I made infrastructure a priority, and we’ve invested millions in repaving roads and traffic reduction measures. I’m committed to not raising taxes and while other cities were raising their sales tax, I fought against tax increases. Eastvale has one of the lowest sales tax rates in Riverside County. Californians are fed up with sound bites and empty promises, they want to send leaders to Sacramento who will fight for their interests, not special interests. As our next Assemblymember, I will be a strong advocate for Riverside County residents, families, and businesses.”

A small business owner, Clint Lorimore was elected to the Eastvale City Council in 2014 and currently serves as Mayor. At City Hall, Lorimore has worked diligently to improve public safety, reduce homelessness, attract high-paying jobs, and fight for local control. Lorimore has a proven record of delivering results for his city and in 2021, Eastvale was ranked as the second safest city in Riverside County.

Clint Lorimore was raised in Riverside County where he graduated from local public schools. Clint earned his bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and went on to earn his master’s degree from Claremont Graduate University. Clint has been active in grassroots Republican organizations for over 20 years. Clint has been a proud homeowner in Riverside County since 2004.

The 63rd State Assembly District includes the cities of Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, and Norco, and portions of Corona, Eastvale, and Riverside. The Primary Election will be held on June 7, 2022.
